I’m back!

Hello all! I’m back from the fabulous American Association of School Librarians conference in Hartford Connecticut. I feel so fortunate to have gone, not only for the experience of seeing some of the East Coast but for all I learned and the people I met. I am excited to bring some new ideas to the library and library classes. I also came home with some fun new books a few of which are signed by the authors. Here are some pictures from my trip and a sampling of some of the books I brought home.

Connecticut is about 2.5 hours to NYC by train and I couldn't let that opportunity pass me by.
