Please remember the AV Room is only to be used with adult supervision. Jr. High student’s may work on projects at the workstations independently with special permission. They may not use the recording equipment without supervision or special training. Do not reserve this room if there is not adult available to supervise.
Some of the equipment in the room is portable and will be able to be checked out by teachers for their student’s use. Here is a brief rundown of what is available.

To book this room there is a two step process.
- Determine if you need Ms. Natalie to help your students use the room. If so you need to check her availability. Please look at her personal booking calendar and decide on a time that works for you. Once you are sure of a time click on that slot to request Ms. Natalie. (Please note: it is a good idea to double check Ms. Natalie’s calendar and the AV Room calendar. It is possible that availability don’t match up.)
- Fill out the booking form to reserve the AV Room. (Please note: if you just request Ms. Natalie using the calendar above you have not booked the AV Room yet. You still need to do so!)
