Ok Falcons, now that we have two weeks of school done I wanted to put together some brain break exercises for you. These are great ways to stop and reset after you have been on virtual learning.
You might feel you need to do this after one class or after a few classes. Either way, make sure take the time to give your brain, eyes, and body a break from sitting and being on your device.
Each brain break will be in it’s own separate video so you can do them as many times as you like either with me or on your own. I hope you enjoy the brain breaks and let me know which one is your favorite!
